BAS 1 – Heavy Rescue Vehicle
The project was carried out as part of the creation of a new line of fire vehicles aimed at the Scandinavian market. Due to the presentation of a new generation of vehicles by Scania, WISS decided to re-design existing products so that they would refer to the vehicles of a Swedish manufacturer.
My participation in the project consisted in the implementation of preliminary, detailed and production 3-D models of the exterior superstructure based on the initial sketches.

Mazda Design 2018
A competition project made for the Mazda Design 2018 contest. The project presents a personal transport unit for use in cities. This is a kind of revision of the popular in the 1960s pocketbikes. The vehicle is characterized by small dimensions, the use of modern materials and electric drive. It is assumed that the structure of the vehicle would be made in the form of a rigid monocouque from a composite containing natural kenaf fibers.

E20 Ruberg Pump Housing
Project was created for W. Ruberg AB. The task was to create an aesthetic housing for the new product of the company. In order to ensure optimal housing functionality, it was decided to use transparent materials. The innovation allowed to achieve simple form, with simultaneous visual access to the elements of the water system.

Industrial Robot
The project of a 6-axis industrial robot implemented as part of my master’s studies. The robot is designed as a welded structure made of bent metal sheets.
My participation in the project consisted in the implementation of preliminary, detailed and production 3-D models and documentation. Project co-realized with the other participants of Mechatronic Design course.

Forest fire vehicle
The project was carried out as part of the creation of a new line of forest fire vehicle. Due to the start of the tender procedure, WISS decided to re-design existing products so that they would refer to the recent design of modern vehicles.

RedBull Cooler
A competition project made for the RedBull TechLab 2018 contest. The project presents a pocket-size fridge for single can of energy drink. This is a kind of revision of the popular RedBull fridges known for a long time. The device is characterized by small dimensions, the use of modern materials and electronic components i.e. Arduno microcontroler, peltier cell, stepper motor, impulse power supply. All enclosed in a 3D printed housing.

Electric motorcycle
The project was created as a diploma thesis during my master’s studies. An electric motorcycle was developed taking into account the required power of the system, performing static and dynamic simulations and designing the mechanical and visual structure. Project created with a complete set of software: Autodesk Inventor, Matlab, Simulink, Fusion 360 and Keyshot 6.0.

Wireless Speaker
Design of a wireless bluetooth speaker. The assumption of the project was to use the Raspberry Pi controller and the Hifiberry Amp+ extension. The device was supposed to act as a network player and be part of a multiroom system.

Notification Center
Presented device is used to display notifications from mobile phones – FB, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram. The assumption is to support devices equipped with the IOS operating system.
The device is based on the Arduino Nano microcontroller. The connection between the device and the phone is based on bluetooth.
Notifications are displayed on the OLED display placed under a dark blend and with the help of a soft ambient backlight at the base of the device – it gently illuminates the desk surface so as not to affect the workflow.
Ambient lighting in any color obtained thanks to the Adafriut Neopixel 24-led ring.
The device contains the AT-09 / HM-10 bluetooth module supporting the BLE standard, enabling continuous communication.

Action Cam Gimbal
Design of a stabilizer for sports cameras. Based on the MicroStorm32 controller, brushless motors and li-ion batteries. The gimbal was supposed to be offered as a DIY kit. The device is made based on 3D printing technology.

Engineering Diploma Thesis
Controll Panel
Project was created under WISS R&D department. The task was to create an aesthetic housing for the controll unit that may integrate previously selected components. In order to ensure qiuck execution of the final product, 3D printing was chosen as the production method. The rapid prototyping allowed to achieve functional panel in about 16h from beginning of the design process.
My participation in the project consisted in the complete construction of the housing, from the design to the final 3D printout.
